A stand out Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon from Australia's oldest family owned winery. The vineyard itself is in the heart of the famed Terra Rossa countrt with it's red sandy soils. There's a distinct floral feel to the aromas coupled with a little spicy pepperiness. On the palate it has rich and powerful signature with red fruit and dark chocolate flavours combining around the robust tannic framework. It's calling out to with a a beef wellington, or a chargrilled rib-eye.
