In a nutshell: A zippy and zesty pink grapefruit flavoured gin distilled in Herefordshire.
The lowdown: Here pomelo and pink grapefruits meet quality London Dry Gin. Crafted by distilling Chase Gin with a load of pink grapefruit and pomelo peels, it's floral and zesty at first, then a wave of tartness, followed by a juicy kick of grapefruit peel with subtle hints of juniper rushes in. Enjoy it as a gin and tonic with a wedge of pink grapefruit or mixed perfectly into a variety of delicious gin cocktails.
The Chase story started in Potato farming in Herefordshire and Tyrrells crisps was the original enterprise where Will Chase had his success. After the sale of this business he landed on the notion of using his potatoes for distilling into vodka and gin as his next venture.
Neatly surfing the rise in popularity of craft and artisan spirits they've built a diverse range of premium spirits and are now one of the leading producers of home grown spirits.
Further diversification has led to the establishment of Maison Williams Chase in the south of France from where they produce a range of wines including a classic Provence rosé.
