In a nutshell: A smooth, full bodied and perfectly balanced London Dry Gin distilled in Herefordshire.
The lowdown: Chase GB Gin is made from potatoes grown on their farm which are distilled into Chase Vodka, which is then redistilled with 10 botanicals into GB Gin. It's full of dry juniper, zesty citrus, dark chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger flavours on the palate. Smooth yet bursting with taste it creates a magical, classic G&T with a good Mediterranean tonic.
The Chase story started in Potato farming in Herefordshire and Tyrrells crisps was the original enterprise where Will Chase had his success. After the sale of this business he landed on the notion of using his potatoes for distilling into vodka and gin as his next venture.
Neatly surfing the rise in popularity of craft and artisan spirits they've built a diverse range of premium spirits and are now one of the leading producers of home grown spirits.
Further diversification has led to the establishment of Maison Williams Chase in the south of France from where they produce a range of wines including a classic Provence rosé.
