A single estate dry gin from Herefordshire's Chase Distillery.
Potatoes grown on their farm are distilled into Chase Vodka, which is then redistilled with 10 botanicals in GB Gin. Dry juniper, zesty citrus, dark chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger flavours on the palate.
Smooth yet bursting with flavour it creates a bittersweet symphony with a good Mediterranean tonic.

The Chase story started in Potato farming in Herefordshire and Tyrrells crisps was the original enterprise where Will Chase had his success. After the sale of this business he landed on the notion of using his potatoes for distilling into vodka and gin as his next venture.
Neatly surfing the rise in popularity of craft and artisan spirits they've built a diverse range of premium spirits and are now one of the leading producers of home grown spirits.
Further diversification has led to the establishment of Maison Williams Chase in the south of France from where they produce a range of wines including a classic Provence rosé.
