A superbly well balanced Pinot Blanc from Alsace in eastern France.
This extremely versatile wine is actually made from two of Alsace's lesser known grapes - Auxerrois Blanc is actually the dominant variety, but since it's a traditional Alsatian grape labelling regulations allow for it to be described as just Pinot Blanc. It has a perfect balance between citrus flavours and honeyed notes as the bright lemon and stonefruit flavours well demonstrate.
The concentrated mineral edge gives it the right balance and weight making it very versatile as an aperitif, or with fish, seafood, or pasta.
