There is no oak here to get in the way of the fruit, just lashings of peach, apricot, nectarine, honeysuckle and ginger spice, leading to a lively, refreshing, citrus infused finish.
Exotic, rich and complex, there's a lot going on here. Matches well to meaty white fish like halibut.
