A vibrantly hoppy Golden Ale from Harvey's Brewery of Lewes East Sussex.
One of the first of the new wave of 'Golden Ales' that emerged in the 1980s. It has a pronounced yet balanced hop character, derived from Fuggle and Golding hops and a superbly dry, refreshing finish. Originally commissioned by the National Maritime Museum, it quickly established itself as a piece of living history.
Robust, refreshing and still a port of call in any beer-drinker's voyage of discovery.
