In a nutshell: Well balanced, session strength IPA from South London's Gipsy Hill Brewing.
The lowdown: A session strength IPA that's amazingly well balanced and tasty. This beer showcases the malts well giving a biscuit base and then the hops just build in a juicy, fruity kind of way. It is super refreshing and makes you reach for another the second you're finished with the first.
Style - Bitter, Pale Ale & IPA ABV 4.6% - Moderate Strength
A south London brewery based in Gipsy Hill itself which is just next to Crystal Palace.
One of their particular objectices is to make unashamedly full flavoured beers, but without going down the road of brewing a lot of high strength ales. All their core range lines are under 5% which allows them the latitude to ensure there's no compromise with body and flavour while, at the same time, meaing they are beers you can happily have more than one of.
