This finely flavoured pilsner has been lagered, or aged, for 30 days which is the right way to do things for this style of beer. They've also used the finest pilsner malt and delicately dry hopped with Mittlefruh and Huell Melon. This one-off brew is a really tasty beer with a suprisingly modest ABV.

One of their particular objecticves is to make unashamedly full flavoured beers, but without going down the road of brewing a lot of high strength ales. All their core range lines are under 5% which allows them the latitude to ensure there's no compromise with body and flavour while, at the same time, meaing they are beers you can happily have more than one of.
