A gutsy, rustic and rewarding red from the Languedoc.
This blend of mainly Mourvedre and Carignan is made with no added sulphur and along biodynamic lines in the hot sun of the south of France. On the nose it has a certain earthiness which is followed a by complex mix of redcurrants, smokiness and Provençal herbs.
Partner it with smoky barbecued meats, or game like grouse or partridge.
