In a nutshell: A floral and crisp elderflower gin distilled in Herefordshire.
The lowdown: Chase Hedgerow Elderflower Gin is carefully crafted by copper pot distilling Chase gin with elderflowers picked from Herefordshire hedgerows. It has the perfect blend of rich juniper, subtle spice and floral sweetness and mixes perfectly with soda and garnish with a thin slice of lemon.
The Chase story started in Potato farming in Herefordshire and Tyrrells crisps was the original enterprise where Will Chase had his success. After the sale of this business he landed on the notion of using his potatoes for distilling into vodka and gin as his next venture.
Neatly surfing the rise in popularity of craft and artisan spirits they've built a diverse range of premium spirits and are now one of the leading producers of home grown spirits.
Further diversification has led to the establishment of Maison Williams Chase in the south of France from where they produce a range of wines including a classic Provence rosé.
