In a nutshell:
An excellent magum of Chablis that's an impressive sight in its wooden presentation box.
From the reliable house of Louis Jadot this is a really elegant wine bursting with white flowers and stone fruit aromas. The palate is nicely round and subtle and leads up to a crisply mineral finish that's altogether very moreish.
When to drink:
A perfect apertif wine and partner to canapés, it's also well suited to smoked salmon and, surprisingly, goats cheese.
