A vibrant, organic, Verdejo from the north western Spanish region of Castilla y León.
Sourced from organic grapes grown in Segovia, one of the cooler parts of the region. The wines is fermented in stainless steel before being allowed to aged on its lees for a further eight months. The result is bright and bursting with citrus zest, bitter melon flavours and with a well structured mineral edge. It's medium bodied and softly textured which makes it a very rewarding mouthful.
Perfect as an aperitif, or try with poultry, white fish or hard cheeses.
