Over the last couple of month's, we have been in warehouse mode, which means that customers have had no access to the shop other than to collect their orders, which had been placed either online, by phone or email.
We are now changing it up a little. We are currently in the process of transitioning the shop to allow you (our customers) access into the shop. Although you will not have complete access like you had when we were operating normally, there will be better browsing opportunities than we have had recently. We aim to offer a better, more efficient browsing environment while continuing to deliver on our online orders as we have been.
Over the coming weeks, please bear with us as we implement these changes. To keep everyone in the loop about what is happening, we will be sending out regular updates on the progress that we are making, via email, social media, and our website.
In essence, the plan is to open up what has been the tasting area for customer sales; the remainder of the premises will then remain as part of the 'warehouse' mode operation. To achieve this, we will be removing the tasting machines, don't worry this isn't forever, they will return when we can get back so some sort of normality. The cask ales rack will be replacing these in the meantime. The fridges will also be making a return, and these will face towards the shop entrance doors to allow customers to self serve. A new sales counter is being built, with protective measures so that we can complete your sales more efficiently.
While this work is going on, we are hopeful that normal day-to-day operations won't be affected too much. As always though, with major transitions, we do hope that you can bear with us. We are continually trying to improve the standard of our service while also keeping all parties safe.
Thank you for your support!
